Principales métodos:

  • Se empleó un método de encuesta e-Delphi con expertos en la materia (SME) de los programas de Servicios de Apoyo de Intervención Temprana (EISS).
  • Un proceso de tres rondas recopiló datos cualitativos y cuantitativos.
  • Se utilizaron la codificación temática y la clasificación en escala Likert para el análisis.

Principales resultados:

  • Se identificaron cuatro áreas clave de competencias: conocimiento, habilidades, actitudes y contribuciones únicas.
  • Las competencias mejor clasificadas incluyeron ética, límites profesionales, empatía y una presencia acogedora.
  • Se llegó a un consenso sobre las competencias centrales necesarias para los PSS en entornos de crisis.

Conclusiones:

  • El estudio destacó con éxito las competencias esenciales para los PSS en la atención de crisis.
  • Los hallazgos proporcionan una base para un programa de capacitación especializado en PSS.
  • Se recomienda una mayor investigación para explorar las competencias en diversos entornos de atención de crisis.
