Los sistemas de prenotificación de teléfonos inteligentes como FASTroke reducen significativamente los tiempos de tratamiento para pacientes con accidente cerebrovascular isquémico agudo (ACVi). Esta aplicación móvil mejoró los tiempos de puerta a TC, puerta a trombólisis y puerta a trombectomía, especialmente con el preregistro.
