Resumen

La sesión informativa centrada en la resiliencia (RFD) en la educación interprofesional basada en la simulación (IPSE) mejora la conciencia de los estudiantes de atención médica sobre la complejidad del trabajo en equipo y su capacidad para superar los desafíos. Si bien no mejora significativamente el rendimiento medido del equipo, la RFD muestra potencial para una mejor colaboración interprofesional.
