Sus antecedentes:

  • La Escala de Calificación del Maestro de Conners revisada: corta (CTRS-R:S) es una herramienta clave para la detección del Trastorno por Déficit de Atención e Hiperactividad (TDAH) y el comportamiento infantil anormal.
  • Comprender la estructura de la red del comportamiento infantil anormal es crucial para un diagnóstico y una intervención precisos.

Objetivo del estudio:

  • Examinar la estructura de la red del comportamiento infantil anormal utilizando la CTRS-R:S.
  • Investigar las asociaciones entre síntomas específicos y trastornos del aprendizaje dentro de esta red.

Principales métodos:

  • Se empleó el análisis de redes bayesianas con datos de 525 estudiantes francófonos de primaria en Bélgica.
  • Se estimaron redes de 28 elementos y de 8 elementos (centralidad de mayor fuerza) utilizando el algoritmo PC y bootstrapping.

Principales resultados:

  • El estudio identificó asociaciones significativas entre los síntomas de inatención y los trastornos del aprendizaje.
  • Se descubrieron distintas estructuras de red, que ofrecen nuevas perspectivas sobre la interconexión de los comportamientos infantiles anormales.
