Resumen

El método de la línea divisoria de aguas inversa para la resección S9 en el cáncer de pulmón no microcítico (CPNM) reduce el tiempo de operatorio y el sangrado. Esta técnica también disminuye la incidencia de fugas de aire, ofreciendo una preservación de la función pulmonar comparable al método de colapso por inflación modificado.
