Un novedoso disolvente eutéctico profundo ternario (TDES) facilita la síntesis rápida y sostenible de α-aminofosfonatos. Este enfoque de química verde ofrece altos rendimientos y reutilización del catalizador para una síntesis orgánica eficiente.

Objetivo del estudio:
- Desarrollar una síntesis rápida y sostenible de α-aminofosfonatos.
- Utilizar un disolvente eutéctico profundo ternario (TDES) como catalizador.
Principales métodos:
- Síntesis de un catalizador TDES de urea/SnCl2/HCl.
- Reacción de TDES con diversos sustratos en agua.
- Caracterización mediante espectroscopia de 119Sn-RMN, 13C-RMN y UV-VIS.
- Asignación estereoquímica mediante espectroscopia de RMN.
Principales resultados:
- Se logró la síntesis de diversos α-aminofosfonatos en 48-120 segundos.
- Se obtuvieron rendimientos cuantitativos con alta selectividad.
- Se demostró la reutilización del catalizador durante al menos tres ciclos.
- Se confirmó la estructura del catalizador y el seguimiento de la reacción mediante espectroscopia.
Conclusiones:
- El protocolo promovido por TDES ofrece una ruta altamente eficiente, rápida y sostenible hacia los α-aminofosfonatos.
- Las propiedades del catalizador lo hacen adecuado para la química de procesos a gran escala.
- Este método representa un avance significativo en la síntesis orgánica verde.
