Resumen
Un tumor de pared torácica diagnosticado inicialmente como enfermedad relacionada con la inmunoglobulina G4 resultó ser osteomielitis crónica causada por Salmonella. El tratamiento antibiótico rápido condujo a la resolución de los síntomas.
