Resumen

La expresión de CD26 (dipeptidil peptidasa 4) se correlaciona con una mejor supervivencia en el cáncer de pulmón de células no pequeñas, particularmente en el adenocarcinoma. La inhibición de CD26 redujo el crecimiento de las células tumorales y los marcadores de EMT in vitro, lo que sugiere un potencial terapéutico.
