Sus antecedentes:
- La alfabetización física (PL) es crucial para la actividad física durante toda la vida, y requiere la comprensión de los futuros profesores de educación física (EF).
- La implementación efectiva de la PL en las escuelas depende de cómo la conciben los futuros docentes.
- Este estudio rastrea longitudinalmente el desarrollo de las concepciones de PL entre los futuros docentes en España.
Conclusiones:
- La formación inicial del profesorado puede promover visiones orientadas al rendimiento de la alfabetización física.
- Los planes de estudio deben equilibrar las dimensiones física, cognitiva y afectiva de la PL.
- Se necesita más investigación para garantizar una comprensión e implementación holística de la alfabetización física en las escuelas.
