Resumen
Desarrollamos quimeras de direccionamiento "plug-and-play" (SDPTAC) de sonodinámica, un sistema activado por ultrasonido para la degradación de proteínas dirigida. Este enfoque permite una penetración profunda de los tejidos y un tratamiento eficaz del cáncer con una toxicidad mínima.

- La degradación de proteínas dirigida (TPD) presenta potencial terapéutico pero enfrenta desafíos en la penetración de tejidos y la dependencia de la ligasa E3.
