  • Determinar si la intervención puede prevenir el deterioro cognitivo en adultos mayores no dementes.
  • Evaluar el impacto en el rendimiento de la memoria.

Principales métodos:

  • Un estudio de intervención de 5 meses que involucra a adultos no dementes de 65 años o más.
  • Grupo de intervención: ejercicio físico semanal, conferencias de nutrición mensuales.
  • Comparación: grupo de no participantes.

  • Esta intervención muestra potencial para retrasar o prevenir el deterioro cognitivo.
  • Las intervenciones de estilo de vida son valiosas para promover el envejecimiento saludable y la vitalidad cognitiva.
