Resumen
Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) combined with physical therapy significantly improved cervicogenic headache (CGH) symptoms more than dry needling or conventional therapy alone. This suggests IASTM is a valuable addition to CGH treatment strategies.
