Un nuevo modelo de ratón de la enfermedad de Alzheimer (EA) que expresa isoformas de tau 3R y 4R muestra patología de tau acelerada y déficits cognitivos. Este modelo refleja mejor las tauropatías humanas, ofreciendo una validación mejorada de los objetivos terapéuticos para la investigación de la EA.
