Resumen
Los datos de resonancia magnética estructural muestran un poder predictivo limitado para diagnosticar trastornos de ansiedad en jóvenes. Los modelos de aprendizaje automático lograron una precisión moderada pero no se generalizaron, lo que sugiere que las diferencias neurobiológicas aún no son clínicamente útiles para la predicción.
Conclusiones:
- Los datos de resonancia magnética estructural por sí solos tienen un valor predictivo limitado para clasificar los trastornos de ansiedad en jóvenes.
- Las diferencias neurobiológicas capturadas por la resonancia magnética pueden no traducirse directamente en modelos de predicción clínica robustos.
- Se necesita más investigación para identificar biomarcadores de neuroimagen más efectivos para la ansiedad en jóvenes.
