Objetivo del estudio:
- Explorar las percepciones de las enfermeras de hospital sobre sus niveles de empoderamiento estructural.
- Identificar los factores que influyen en las experiencias de empoderamiento estructural de las enfermeras en un entorno hospitalario.
Principales métodos:
- Estudio transversal que involucró a 684 enfermeras en un hospital portugués.
- Datos recopilados a través de un cuestionario demográfico y el Cuestionario de Condiciones de Efectividad Laboral II.
- El análisis se centró en identificar diferencias significativas en las puntuaciones de empoderamiento según la categoría profesional, el trabajo por turnos, el departamento y la generación.
Principales resultados:
- La puntuación media general de empoderamiento estructural fue de 18,74 (DE = 3,46).
- Se observaron diferencias significativas en el empoderamiento entre enfermeras especialistas y generales, turnos de día frente a turnos de día y noche, departamentos de Medicina frente a Cirugía y enfermeras de la Generación Z frente a la Generación Y.
- Valores p específicos resaltan la significancia estadística de estas diferencias observadas.

- La promoción constante del empoderamiento estructural es esencial para todo el personal de enfermería.
- Es necesario abordar las disparidades identificadas entre los grupos de enfermería para mejorar el desarrollo profesional.
