Sus antecedentes:

  • El panorama del tratamiento del mieloma múltiple (MM) está evolucionando rápidamente con nuevas estrategias basadas en inmunidad.
  • Los anticuerpos biespecíficos (BsAbs), las terapias de células T con receptor de antígeno quimérico (CAR-T) y los anticuerpos trispecíficos (TsAbs) están emergiendo como actores clave.

Objetivo del estudio:

  • Revisar el estado actual y las direcciones futuras de las terapias basadas en inmunidad en el mieloma múltiple.
  • Destacar la eficacia, los desafíos y las innovaciones en curso en BsAbs y terapias CAR-T para MM.

Principales métodos:

  • Revisión de datos clínicos recientes y literatura sobre BsAbs (teclistamab, elranatamab, talquetamab) y terapias CAR-T (idecabtagene vicleucel, ciltacabtagene autoleucel) en MM.
  • Discusión de desafíos que incluyen el agotamiento de las células T, infecciones y problemas logísticos.
  • Exploración de innovaciones como CAR-T de doble objetivo y plataformas alogénicas.
