Resumen
El dominio similar a la prion (PLD) del antígeno intracelular 1 (TIA-1) de las células T forma fibrillas amiloides a través de la separación de fases. La crio-EM revela estructuras lábiles y cómo una mutación G355R interrumpe la formación de fibrillas, ofreciendo información sobre los mecanismos de la enfermedad.
Conclusiones:
- Las estructuras de fibrillas amiloides determinadas del PLD de TIA-1 ofrecen un detalle atómico sin precedentes.
