  • Las evaluaciones cognitivas digitales (DCA) muestran una gran promesa para mejorar la precisión, reducir los tiempos de prueba y disminuir los costos, pero requieren un marco estandarizado para la adopción clínica.

Objetivo del estudio:

  • Avanzar en la adopción clínica de las Evaluaciones Cognitivas Digitales (DCA) para un diagnóstico más rápido y preciso del deterioro cognitivo y la enfermedad de Alzheimer.
  • Desarrollar vías de implementación prácticas para integrar las DCA en los flujos de trabajo de atención médica existentes.
  • Identificar los facilitadores y barreras clave para la integración exitosa de las DCA en entornos clínicos.

Principales métodos:

  • Se convocó un grupo de trabajo multidisciplinario, que incluía expertos en investigación, práctica clínica, industria y defensa del paciente, por la Iniciativa Global del CEO sobre la Enfermedad de Alzheimer (CEOi).
  • El grupo de trabajo se centró en el desarrollo de vías de implementación para las DCA, considerando los facilitadores y las barreras para la integración.
  • Las vías se diseñaron para tres contextos clínicos distintos: detección inicial de CI, diagnóstico confirmatorio y evaluación etiológica de CI confirmada.
