Resumen
La espectroscopia Raman identifica con precisión la enfermedad de Alzheimer (EA) en el líquido cefalorraquídeo (LCR) utilizando aprendizaje automático. Este enfoque novedoso promete una mejora del diagnóstico de la EA en diversas poblaciones clínicas.
Conclusiones:
- La espectroscopia Raman, combinada con ML, identifica con precisión la EA en el LCR de una cohorte clínica mixta. Este método clasificó correctamente otras enfermedades neurodegenerativas como no EA. Se necesita una mayor validación en estudios más amplios para confirmar la precisión a nivel de población para la posible traducción clínica.
