Objetivo del estudio:

  • Evaluar la fiabilidad test-retest de la evaluación cCOG.
  • Determinar la idoneidad de cCOG para la evaluación cognitiva remota en una población con riesgo de demencia.

Principales métodos:

  • 250 participantes con riesgo de demencia completaron cCOG de forma remota al inicio y después de un mes.
  • Se calculó la Puntuación Cognitiva Global (GCS) a partir de cinco subpruebas.
  • Se utilizó el Coeficiente de Correlación Intraclase (ICC) para evaluar la fiabilidad test-retest.
  • Los análisis se estratificaron por tipo de dispositivo, edad, sexo y nivel educativo.

Principales resultados:

  • Altas tasas de finalización (94,8% al inicio, 94,0% al mes).
  • Buena fiabilidad test-retest para la Puntuación Cognitiva Global (GCS) con un ICC de 0,75.
  • Fiabilidad comparable entre diferentes subgrupos demográficos y tipos de dispositivos.

Conclusiones:

  • cCOG muestra un rendimiento fiable para la evaluación cognitiva remota en una población con riesgo de demencia.
  • Los hallazgos respaldan el uso de cCOG para la monitorización a gran escala y la detección temprana del deterioro cognitivo.
  • La investigación futura debe investigar los factores que influyen en la finalización de las pruebas y los valores atípicos en entornos remotos.
