La terapia endocrina neoadyuvante (TEN) es segura para el cáncer de mama con receptores hormonales positivos, mostrando una baja tasa de recurrencia local-regional a 5 años. Las estrategias de manejo axilar pueden optimizarse después de la TEN, incluso con ganglios linfáticos positivos.
