Comprehensive Spatial Methods (CSM) es una nueva caja de herramientas basada en R para analizar datos de imágenes de tejidos multiplex y high-plex. CSM ofrece un pipeline completo para el análisis de ómicas espaciales, mejorando la fenotipificación celular y los estudios de interacción.
