Resumen
Los hidrolatos de Thymus mastichina, Lavandula luisiery y Origanum virens muestran potencial antioxidante para la conservación de la carne de cerdo. Los hidrolatos de Origanum y Thymus protegieron mejor la carne de cerdo contra la oxidación durante el almacenamiento.
