Sus antecedentes:

  • Comprender los factores que influyen en el apego en la primera infancia es crucial para los resultados del desarrollo.

  • La Teoría de la Aceptación-Rechazo Interpersonal (IPARTheory) proporciona un marco para examinar la influencia parental en el desarrollo infantil.

Objetivo del estudio:

  • Investigar la asociación entre el control conductual materno y los patrones de apego en niños pequeños egipcios (12-24 meses).
  • Explorar cómo los diferentes niveles de control conductual materno se relacionan con el apego seguro, inseguro-evitativo e inseguro-resistente.

Principales métodos:

  • Se utilizó una muestra de 60 díadas madre-hijo egipcias.
  • El control conductual materno se midió utilizando una escala estandarizada de control conductual.
  • Los patrones de apego de los niños pequeños se evaluaron a través del Procedimiento de Situación Extraña (SSP) de Mary Ainsworth.

  • El contexto cultural, como en Egipto, puede influir en la manifestación de estas asociaciones.
