Resumen
Este estudio presenta un método para el análisis de materiales en 3D utilizando microscopía electrónica de barrido (FIB-SEM) de haz de iones enfocado por plasma y difracción de retrodispersión de electrones (EBSD). La técnica permite la caracterización detallada de la estructura y deformación del material para mejorar el diseño y modelado de materiales.
