Esta revisión sistemática examina el uso de esteroides perioperatorios en sialoendoscopia para enfermedades de las glándulas salivales. Si bien los esteroides ofrecen alivio sintomático, la evidencia actual carece de datos cuantitativos para confirmar beneficios significativos sobre la sialoendoscopia estándar.
