Resumen

Desarrollamos Cy-ExM, una nueva estrategia de imagen de alta plexión, para superar las limitaciones en el mapeo denso de la ultraestructura celular. Este método permite la imagen 3D de alta resolución de 20 objetivos dentro de células de mamíferos completas.
