Resumen
Este estudio presenta un protocolo detallado de inmunoprecipitación de cromatina (ChIP) para identificar sitios de unión de factores de transcripción en hojas de plantas difíciles. El método produce ADN de alta calidad para secuenciación y validación mediante PCR cuantitativa.
Conclusiones:
- El protocolo de ChIP presentado es eficaz para estudiar la unión de factores de transcripción en hojas de plantas recalcitrantes.
- Esta metodología facilita el análisis a nivel de genoma de los sitios de unión de factores de transcripción en plantas.
- El protocolo apoya la validación robusta de los datos de ChIP-seq a través de PCR cuantitativa.
