Objetivo del estudio:

  • Presentar stVGP, un marco de proceso gaussiano espacial variacional.
  • Permitir la alineación, integración y reconstrucción 3D de datos de transcriptómica espacial.
  • Facilitar la identificación de dominios espaciales 3D y la interpolación de la expresión génica.

Principales métodos:

  • Se desarrolló stVGP, que integra procesos gaussianos espaciales y transformadores jerárquicos.
  • Se aplicó stVGP a conjuntos de datos de ST multi-modales y multi-corte.
  • Permitió la generación de cortes virtuales para la reconstrucción 3D continua.

Principales resultados:

  • stVGP logró un rendimiento superior en la alineación entre cortes y la detección de dominios.
  • El marco predijo con precisión la expresión génica en regiones no muestreadas.
  • Permitió la reconstrucción transcriptómica virtual de alta fidelidad a partir de imágenes de histología.

  • stVGP proporciona un marco unificado para la modelización del paisaje espacial 3D.
