Resumen
La fecundación in vitro convencional (FIV-C) muestra resultados satisfactorios en mujeres mayores de 40 años. Este método se recomienda sobre la inyección intracitoplasmática de espermatozoides (ICSI) debido a su menor costo y resultados comparables en pacientes de edad materna avanzada.
