Resumen

Este estudio creó y validó un video educativo para ayudar a los jóvenes investigadores a identificar y evitar revistas depredadoras. El video equipa a los futuros académicos con habilidades cruciales de publicación académica.

Objetivo del estudio:

Desarrollar y validar un video educativo.
Aumentar la conciencia sobre las revistas depredadoras entre los investigadores en etapa inicial.
Mejorar las habilidades esenciales de publicación académica para los futuros académicos.

Principales métodos:

Un proceso Delphi de múltiples rondas que involucró a 10 expertos académicos y de publicación para la validación del guion.
Un proceso Delphi de dos rondas con 2 diseñadores gráficos para el refinamiento audiovisual.
Validación por 15 jóvenes investigadores para garantizar la relevancia y usabilidad para el público.

Principales resultados:

Se produjo con éxito un video educativo de 10 minutos y 42 segundos.
El video se sometió a una rigurosa validación, logrando un consenso de expertos del 100% en el guion y los elementos audiovisuales.
La retroalimentación del público objetivo garantizó que el video estuviera adaptado, fuera claro y muy útil para los jóvenes investigadores.

Conclusiones:

Se desarrolló y validó una herramienta de video educativo eficaz para combatir las revistas depredadoras.
El video aborda la necesidad crítica de concienciación y habilidades en la publicación académica para los jóvenes investigadores.
Se planean evaluaciones adicionales para evaluar el impacto del video en las prácticas de investigación.
