Abstract:
Slow pathway (SP) ablation is an established therapy for slow-fast atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia (AVNRT), with high success and low recurrence rates. We report a case in which a complex signal identification (CSI) map with the CARTO system was used during slow-fast AVNRT to localize a fractionated region near the coronary sinus ostium that coincided with the successful SP ablation site.
