Resumen

Este estudio desarrolló nanopartículas novedosas para la administración de vorinostat (SAHA), mejorando el tratamiento del linfoma al aumentar la estabilidad y la liberación del fármaco. Los NP cc-diSAHA mostraron una supresión tumoral significativa y una toxicidad reducida en modelos preclínicos.
