Los polímeros conjugados donador-π-aceptor (D-π-A) muestran una actividad fotocatalítica mejorada para la división del agua. Un nuevo polímero ternario, TATTS-1, logró altas tasas de evolución de hidrógeno, demostrando un rendimiento superior a los sistemas D-A tradicionales.
