Resumen

La inhibición de la proteína quinasa 1 de serina/arginina (SRPK1) afecta diferencialmente la expresión génica y el empalme alternativo en células de cáncer de cuello uterino positivas y negativas para el VPH. Las células positivas para el VPH muestran una supresión de la señalización oncogénica, mientras que las células negativas para el VPH experimentan una reprogramación metabólica.
