Resumen

Los tratamientos con endoláser ofrecen rejuvenecimiento de la piel pero pueden causar necrosis térmica. Un enfoque regenerativo multimodal manejó con éxito este raro evento adverso, restaurando la integridad de la piel.

  • Las técnicas de endoláser utilizan estimulación fototérmica subdérmica para el rejuvenecimiento de la piel.
  • El endoláser mínimamente invasivo promueve la remodelación del colágeno y la lipólisis.
  • Pueden ocurrir eventos adversos como la necrosis térmica a pesar de un perfil de seguridad favorable.

Objetivo del estudio:

  • Presentar un caso de necrosis térmica tras tratamiento endoláser estético.
  • Demostrar la eficacia de un enfoque regenerativo multimodal en el manejo de esta complicación.

Principales métodos:

  • Procedimiento de endoláser estético.
  • Desarrollo de necrosis térmica.
  • Aplicación de una estrategia de tratamiento regenerativo multimodal.

Principales resultados:

  • Manejo exitoso de la necrosis térmica.
  • Restauración de la integridad estructural de la piel.

Conclusiones:

  • La necrosis térmica es una complicación rara pero grave de la terapia endoláser.

  • Se justifica una mayor investigación para optimizar la seguridad del endoláser y el manejo de eventos adversos.
