La predicción precisa de las emisiones de dióxido de carbono (CO2) en Irak es crucial para la mitigación del cambio climático. Un modelo híbrido FNN-RNN que integra datos climáticos mejoró significativamente las predicciones, pronosticando un aumento del 9,18 % para 2028.
