Resumen
Este estudio optimiza la cribado de CRISPR-Cas9 (repeticiones palindrómicas cortas regularmente espaciadas y agrupadas) para células T de CAR (receptores de antígenos quiméricos). El protocolo mejorado mejora la recuperación de sgRNA, ayudando al descubrimiento de dianas genéticas para potenciar la eficacia de la terapia con células T CAR.
