Resumen
El ejercicio en cinta rodante combate la depresión activando la vía Nrf2/Keap1 en el hipocampo. Esta acción restaura la función mitocondrial y reduce el estrés oxidativo, aliviando los comportamientos similares a la depresión en ratones.
