Principales resultados:
- Las UCNP de núcleo-cáscara-cáscara exhibieron una intensidad de fluorescencia 2,4 veces mayor que las UCNP convencionales de núcleo-cáscara.
- Se logró un límite de detección bajo de 0,035 ng/mL (tampón) y 0,059 ng/mL (suero) para cTnI.
- Se demostró alta precisión y excelente correlación con los resultados del hospital en pruebas de muestras clínicas.
- El UCNP-FLFIA mostró resistencia a la interferencia de autofluorescencia.
Conclusiones:
- Las novedosas UCNP NaLuF4@NaLuF4:Yb,Er@NaLuF4 mejoran significativamente la sensibilidad y precisión de FLFIA.
- La plataforma FLFIA basada en UCNP permite la detección rápida, in situ y confiable de biomarcadores como cTnI en el punto de atención.
- Esta tecnología es prometedora para mejorar el diagnóstico clínico temprano y el manejo del paciente.
