Resumen
La nefrectomía robótica derecha de donante vivo (RDN) es un procedimiento seguro y eficaz para el trasplante de riñón. Esta técnica muestra resultados prometedores para donantes y receptores, especialmente cuando es necesario el abordaje del riñón derecho.

- La nefrectomía laparoscópica es el estándar para los donantes vivos de riñón, prefiriéndose generalmente el riñón izquierdo.

- La nefrectomía robótica de donante vivo (RDN) ofrece soluciones para estos desafíos.
Objetivo del estudio:
- Evaluar la seguridad y eficacia de la nefrectomía robótica de donante vivo (RDN) para la obtención del riñón derecho.
- Informar sobre los resultados quirúrgicos y los datos de los pacientes para la RDN derecha en un solo centro.
Principales métodos:
- Revisión retrospectiva de todos los donantes sometidos a RDN derecha en el Hospital Cho Ray de enero de 2019 a junio de 2024.
- Los donantes fueron seleccionados según criterios nacionales por el Consejo de Trasplante Renal.
- Los datos recopilados incluyeron datos demográficos, de imagen y resultados quirúrgicos.
Principales resultados:
- Seis pacientes se sometieron a RDN derecha con una edad media de 42,5 años y un IMC de 23,5 kg/m².
- El tiempo operatorio medio fue de 172,5 minutos con una pérdida de sangre estimada de 56,6 mL.
- No se produjeron complicaciones intraoperatorias ni conversiones a cirugía abierta.
- Los receptores tuvieron una función renal inmediata.
Conclusiones:
- La RDN derecha es un procedimiento seguro y eficiente para el trasplante de riñón.
- La técnica demuestra resultados favorables tanto para los donantes vivos como para los receptores.
- La asistencia robótica es una opción valiosa para la obtención del riñón derecho en la nefrectomía de donante vivo.
