- An anonymous, 12-question survey was administered to 440 toxicology patients.; Data was collected from consenting patients between April 28th and October 14th, 2025.
Principales resultados:
- 9.8% (43/440) of patients participated in the survey.; High satisfaction was reported regarding communication (91%), confidence (95%), respect (93%), and access to care (88%).; Only 26% of patients expressed interest in participating in further toxicology research.
Conclusiones:
- Toxicology services received high patient satisfaction.; Despite positive experiences, a significant majority (74%) of patients were unwilling to engage in future consumer feedback research.
