Resumen
La artroplastia total de muñeca Universal 2 mostró resultados decepcionantes a largo plazo debido al daño del polietileno. Esto fue causado por problemas de esterilización y un defecto de diseño en implantes más pequeños, lo que llevó a la falla del componente.
