Resumen

Los investigadores desarrollaron un método rápido y no invasivo para el diagnóstico del cáncer de próstata utilizando un ensayo de desplazamiento de hebras de ADN. Este nanoensayo de Transferencia de Energía de Resonancia de Förster (FRET) detecta el Antígeno de Cáncer de Próstata 3 (PCA3) con alta sensibilidad, ofreciendo una herramienta prometedora para la detección temprana del cáncer de próstata.
