Resumen
La Psicoterapia individual adaptada de centrado en el significado (MCPI) mejoró significativamente los síntomas de depresión adolescente y los resultados relacionados cuando se combinó con fluoxetina. Este enfoque de psicoterapia ofrece un tratamiento coadyuvante factible y eficaz para la depresión de moderada a grave en jóvenes.
Conclusiones:
- La MCPI coadyuvante a la fluoxetina estandarizada es un tratamiento factible y eficaz para adolescentes con depresión de moderada a grave.
