Principales métodos:

  • Veintidós aprendices y diez expertos realizaron angiografía diagnóstica y coiled en un simulador endovascular (Angio Mentor).

  • Se analizaron las curvas de aprendizaje y el rendimiento grupal.

Principales resultados:

  • Se observó una curva de aprendizaje pronunciada, con mejoras significativas en todos los parámetros medidos a medida que los participantes ganaban experiencia.
  • Los tiempos de procedimiento de los aprendices se acercaron a los niveles de los expertos después de múltiples intentos.
  • El rendimiento del simulador diferenció eficazmente entre aprendices y expertos, con una superposición creciente a medida que los aprendices ganaban experiencia.

Conclusiones:
