Resumen
Se reportó un caso de pérdida súbita de visión en un paciente diabético que tomaba Semaglutida (un agonista del receptor GLP-1). Esto resalta un riesgo potencial de neuropatía óptica isquémica anterior no arterítica (NAION) asociado con estos medicamentos.
