Resumen

La Puntuación de Gravedad de Cuidados Críticos de la CIE (ICASS) es superior a la Puntuación de Gravedad de Lesiones (ISS) y la Puntuación de Gravedad de Lesiones de la CIE (ICISS) tradicionales para identificar a niños que necesitan recursos de trauma pediátrico.
