- Identificar Bacillus subtilis mediante Reacción en Cadena de la Polimerasa (PCR).

- Evaluar la producción de γ-PGA en diferentes medios de fermentación.

Conclusiones:
- El estudio proporciona caracterización bacteriana y optimiza la fermentación para la producción de γ-PGA.
