Los cationes de bismuto aril-sustituidos reaccionan con complejos de platino, sufriendo una transferencia de arilo oxidativa para formar complejos de platino(II) en lugar de pares de Lewis solo de metal. Este estudio revela una novedosa reactividad del bismuto al platino.
